of Law 49\/2002 of the \"tax regime of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage\", and therefore, donations made can benefit from the following deductions:<\/p>\n<br>\n<ul>\n<li>In the <b>case of individuals<\/b>, the deduction is 50% of the amount included in the personal income tax, for the first \u20ac150 given. From that amount, donations will be deductible at 27.5% (or 32.5% in the case of regular donations made for at least three years for an amount equal to or greater).<\/li>\n<br>\n\n<li>In the case of <b>legal entities,<\/b> the current deduction of 35% will be increased to 37.5% of the corporate income tax liability for donations made for an equal or greater amount, for at least three
